How does shipping work?
Hervey Bankes partners with manufactures globally to provide you expertly crafted premium products. This means that your order is shipped from other countries.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if your order does not arrive within a few days, it’s on its way. We provide tracking, where possible, for all products that we sell, so it is easy for you to see where your purchases are.
The tracking for my order has stopped, what happened?
If you’re buying from outside of the U.S., your country’s customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada’s customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country’s customs department directly.
What if i need to return something?
At Hervey Bankes we only accept returns for products that are faulty or broken, within 14 days of the product delivery date. We require images via email to info@herveybankes.com to showcase any fault or damage to the product. Once the evidence has been approved you will need to ship the item back to us at your own expense – (an address will be provided in the refund approval email). Once received a refund for the faulty product will be provided.
